Job Title	Sr.Software Developers. (. Net)

The responsibilities of the position are: · Analyze/Design and implement project modules · Experience in writing software modules according to Technical Specs · Prepare detailed functional specifications for the modules assigned · Mentor junior developers The requirements are: · Must have 3-6 years of software development experience · Must have an engineering degree or MCA · Should be very strong in OOAD, OOP · Should have demonstrated capability of coding and development in a competitive environment · Must be an expert in Microsoft/Web technologies (ASP.Net, C#.NET, COM, VB, VC++, XML). Should be well versed with .Net design and development. · Must have strong SQL Server experience (TSQL, DTS etc.) · Exposure to SharePoint technologies (WSS, SPS) highly desirable · Experience in Java technologies is desirable but not mandatory · Experience working in a very process oriented organization · Excellent analysis and design skills · Sound Computer Science fundamentals · Must be a fast learner · Should be able to present and communicate effectively with clients, with team members and with management. - Should be able to gather and understand business requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Title	Sr. Software Developers. ( Java )

· The responsibilities of the position are: · Design and implement project modules · Should be able to gather and understand business requirements · Prepare detailed functional specifications for the modules assigned · Mentor junior developers The requirements are: · 3-6 years of software development experience · Must have an engineering degree or MCA · Strong Knowledge of Core Java is a must · Object-Oriented Analysis and Design/UML, RDBMS concepts, Java Beans, JDK, Java, JavaScript, JSP, XML · Experience in writing J2EE applications with hands on experience on Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, RDBMS concepts · Experience with at least one of the J2EE Application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, TomCat is a must · Exposure to Struts framework is essential · Experience working in a very process oriented organization · Experience in Microsoft technologies is desirable but not mandatory · Exposure ECM/BPM applications like FileNet and Documentum is highly desirable · Excellent analysis and design skills · Sound Computer Science fundamentals is essential · Must be a fast learner · Should be able to present and communicate effectively with clients, team members and management Excellent interpersonal skills
