.Net Architect :

Candidate should be a B.E /B. Tech with a minimum of 5-6 years experience in Software Development.
Candidate with minimum 2-3 years of experience in C# and ASP.Net with RUP/UML is mandatory.
Should have hands-on experience in architecture/design/development of N-Tier Web Applications.
Should have thorough knowledge of design patterns for Web Applications.
Should have hands-on experience in Testing tools like NUnit, NUnitASP. Performance testing of Web-projects using ACT.
Should have hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML.
Experience in using Rational Tools like Rose/XDE or Microsoft Visio.
Experience of working on UML Methodology.
Experience in analyzing Database design preferably in SQL Server.
Exposure to Health Care or Insurance Domain desirable.
Exposure to Work flow related Configurable Web Applications.
Exposure to Building and Deploying configurable applications for different working environment like production, quality assurance, testing and development.
Exposure to ORM database design and Function Point Analysis.
Exposure to COM+ and Web Services in .NET environment.
Exposure to Microsoft Biz Talk Server and a rules engine written in C#.NET is desirable.
Candidates who are already architects shall have an advantage.
