Desired Profile :

Must have strong and proven experience in web-based technology.
Should have at least 1.5 years exp in ASP.net
Should have ability to write ASP/ASP.NET/VB.NET, C# based web applications. Must have at least 2 to 3 years of previous experience with highly scaleable and highly available transactional systems and web applications.
Experience in Travel and Healthcare industry is a plus.
Experience in SQL Server and Oracle databases.
Proven ability to rapidly deliver tangible results.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
Previous experience with US based projects is a plus.
Microsoft certification is a definite plus.
